Meditation 3 – Quick Reset

Pause wherever you are and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, counting to four, then exhale slowly, counting to six. Let your shoulders drop, your jaw soften, and your face relax. Notice any emotions that are present, acknowledging them without judgment. Imagine each exhale carrying away tension, stress, or overwhelm. Bring your attention to your heart and your chest—feel the rise and fall with each breath. Repeat this mindful breathing cycle, letting your body reset and your mind return to a calm, centered place.
